Lovely little station.
Delightful almost village like tube station. Very narrow exit and entrance. No idea what it would be like at busy times. Stair access to the platforms quite steep with two levels to climb by the reward is a broad platform with nice seats. It has a charming old clock and possibly would benefit from adding a couple of framed vintage London transport posters.
I recently alighted at Parsons Green for the first time to visit an acquaintance and was initially most taken by how charming it is with the most helpful staff on duty; so why you may ask the ONE STAR RATING. Well, upon leaving the station this illusion was quickly shattered by the fact that there were 2 individuals (from shall we say an over-represented demographic) blatantly dealing drugs within 20 feet of the main entrance. A very sad state of affairs indeed given that recent events should at least warrant a visible police presence to act as some form of deterrent.
The terrorist people will not win so grow up if you no how to think of the people in the world . 22 people treated in Chelsea. I hope all the people get better soon from Peter.
Cosy and compact station, can get very very crowded in the rush hours. It has a character and some quite peculiar design elements. A clock on the Westbound platform is one of them!
