Food okay, definitely no wow factor. Coupled with the fact that they forgot 1 out of a 4 item order. Lucky 2 get 2 stars if I'm honest. Won't be ordering from there again. Quality no where near what the price suggests it should be.
3rd time ordering ...
3 times had issues so will definitely not be ordering again!
This time we waiting 1 hour 40 mins, food arrived and completely the wrong order! Rang the restaurant who hung up on the phone 3 times before finally answering.
Just told us 'its okay' it is not okay! Customer service is absolutely dreadful.
This was my first order with uber eats and Gui Garden, started OK phoned me up to confirm address, unfortunately received a confirmation of delivery over 3 hours later to the wrong address.
I understand the delay due to it being new year's eve, and was told upto 2 hours wait, which I said was fine, but taking my money, waiting over 3 hour, delivering to wrong address is pathetic.
This place is pathetic....took an hour to even get the order sorted....then anouth 45 mins later still not arrived....
Usually pretty good. However went last Sunday and had to return the food, wasn't cooked properly.
