Food is generally ok from here but waiting over 2 hours is a bloody disgrace. Will not be ordering from here again.

kept calling to place order no answer. Took a chance walking down to see if it was open the shutter was half up and there was an older bald gentleman working in there. I tried calling again whilst stood outside i was going to place order and say just pass it to me save delivering. I kept phone ringing for 5 mins n still no answer so he looked at us an i said can i place an order been trying to call n his reply was NO! So dominos it is

Ordered online, they took the money out of my account then messaged me 15 minutes later to say they were closed 😡. Said I would get a refund in 3-5 working days. Not good enough

I wouldn’t even rate this a 1 star but I give it something to leave this review. After being told my food would be 45 minutes - 1 hour I called up after 1 hour to see where my food was and the response and attitude I got off the staff was horrendous, she was telling me it was going to be another 40 minutes to 1 hour and there was a fella screaming and shouting in the back ground telling me I had only just ordered my food which was a lie as I ordered at 8:30pm and called them at 9:40pm, the woman was then speaking to me with a horrendous attitude and then asked me if I wanted to cancel?? After waiting over 1 hour, I cannot believe how unprofessional they where and how unorganised they where, this was also my first time using them for a bit of a change, I will 100% never use these! I ended up calling Henry’s on South Road and they came within half hour and the food was amazing!
