I just got there at 22:54(10:54pm) to get quick groceries and nobody could enter the store as I have seen few people turned away on my way there and shutter was closed. I mean what is the point to make the store( Grocery store on Friday evening) open till 23 if they close nobody know how long before "oficcial" closing time. Thats not my first time when I have that kind of situation.
A truly vile experience from entry to exit.
One particular "manager" here has a shocking attitude: absolutely devoid of customer service skills, and also devoid of people skills more generally.
Also, colleagues repeatedly speaking in their own language while serving on checkouts or just on the floor. No regard for the customers in the store and it creates an uncomfortable atmosphere for shoppers.
Treat this store like ricin: avoid at all costs.
Good spot for quickly picking up the odd item if you're on the move.
The shop is not so big but you can find everything you need here. The shelves are always well stocked and the employees are helpful. They also have some great deals that are hard to pass up..
