Worst experience past 3 year suffering sinus, always suggest to me take paracetamol, never checked my previous medication which one ENT SPECIALIST suggested to use after surgery. After my request to check my past medication please allow me to use continue . Finely the team of GP allow me to use 20ml only. After they try to so many other medicine and paracetamol, I stopped not to use paracetamol anymore. Thanks once again the team of this GP pharmacy they allow me to use right medicine after 2 year .

This surgery has some of the worst administration I've ever had to deal with. So many of the admin staff are incompetent. It has taken over a month for me to sort out an issue with my medical records and medication and it still hasn't been fixed. I've practically had to follow up every week. I would not recommend this surgery. I am only giving 2 stars instead of 1 as potentially some of the doctors may be okay despite my not having met them, and also because there is at least one member of the admin team (Aimie) who is helpful.

Very rude staff are I saw recipient who sitting near the door spoken very rude to one old lady she refused her in and told her call call on phone Then inside man tell me wear mask properly while no one wearing any of them, I am sure. inside asking people why are you sitting here what you think sitting in gp offcourse people having appointments😂 it not a hotel. And they knew already I had enquiries inside and girl just pretend to me that she types on computer did not ask the name nothing? They are not working mostly all the time on breaks having coffee and chatting chatting playing on computers . And if someone goes to them to enquiry they man sitting in front scares like wear wear mask and mask are not for them why ? Is Nhs not told you wear the masks while you're chatting Or are you off on jobs Very Unprofessional I will complaint about them . They think they doing favour on people they pretend working for free here , showing themselves busy for nothing , they are just receiptionist only you could judge how gp would be then?

Shot service not helpfull everytime they just giving paracetamol can’t give appointment for my mom she is ill i want to checkup they said check online how i give blood online shameless people
