The worst experience ever. Been calling since 11am on Friday and today (Monday) and it just rings and rings even though the IVR diverts the call to the clinic. How are they going to deal with emergencies if they can't even take calls? I am pregnant and need to speak to my GP. Really horrible experience.

Been with this practice 20 year event A friendly and welcoming GP practice, Dr Chandrabina, DR Raj Singh, Debbie, Indy and Sarbjit Have been extremely wounderful, can’t thank them enough for the care and support provided. A special thank you to Dr Chandrabina who is always helpful and explains things in details and investigates issue that need attention. as for getting through on the phone we can appriciate it’s a busy practice and there are times we have to wait a long time to get through. Thank you to all at Clifford road Surgery

I probably hadn't been to the doctors surgery in at lease 13 years. Got my blood test results on Thursday, spoke to Dr Singh the woman, for under 60 seconds. In that time, she told me that I have issues with my liver, and that I need to return in 3 months and in that time i cant drink. I tried to ask her a question, and all she did is repeat the same thing. I was mid sentence and she just cut the phone on me. I understand how doctors can be busy, but I genuinely believed people become doctors because they care about their patients. I got treated like an uneducated individual, who was just a burden to her. If there is a problem, then I should be entitled to know the extent of it, or at least more of an explanation than I received. I got met with no empathy & no compassion, which I personally don't mind, but I am aware of other instances where this has occurred for patients with much larger issues than the one I have described. I recommend you address this internally.

Never answer the phone, book appointments then have meetings for nearly two hours and don’t inform the patients but leave a sign on the door to say surgery is closed for a meeting!!! No respect for patients at all!!!!
