I'd like to start off with saying that I usually have a good experience with this Dominos chain, however my experience tonight on new years day was terrible, ordered at 17:40 on the app, to be fair the app said there is high demand so there will be a delay which I understood, however after checking the app saying preparing until 19:20, I decided to call and say I will collect as delivery seems to be a long wait, after getting to the store, no one approached the counter to ask what I was there for, I had to shout out that I was here to collect the order, I finally received my order at around 20:10...2 hours and 30 minutes (not very good guys), this happened to a few of the other customers who came to the store to collect too. I understand that new years day is busy but over 2 hours of waiting to only get an apology and my order to be wrong, could have told them my order was wrong but who really feels like waiting another hour just for stuffed crust.

Poor Poor Poor Service! Ordered my friends a pizza meal to say thank you. Made my order and gave the address along with my card details. My fiends then call me to say they had been waiting over an hour. I called the branch and no one knew anything. I was then put on hold for ages, so i called them back. The manger wouldn’t talk to me and one of his staff said they had taken the card details and not put the order through. No compensation just a sorry. Thanks For nothing and if any of your dodgey staff use my card I will take legal action. That’s how you bring a brand down.
