If there was an option for a zero star rating I definitely would be taking advantage right now. It's always a put-off when you find a big black hair lurking in your beans !! And trust me , it doesn't belong to me as I am as bald as a coot. Will NEVER use them again!
Took over an hour to arrive after ordering. Drinks and sides missing from order and staff won't answer the phone to me. I will never use this service again! Poor show from KFC and Just Eat. No stars is not an option which is also a joke.
My son ordered me a meal at 10pm then 10 mins later he ordered himself one .my sons one came at 10.39 no sign of mine finally came at 11pm same driver who was very rude. Th peice of chicken in my meal was dripping in oil and i could not eat had to throw away tried ringing the store no one answered i have ordered from there before never a problem but won't be ordering again.
The worst service very rude staff and don't like to give cups or plates to customers. If it was up too me I would not even give 1 star. The rudest staff member had to be the only female in there Nazia who also time manages how long the staff are taking to pack a meal....
Poor customer service via Uber eats.
Did not give anything requested for including cutlery and cups. Incorrect orders given e.g. gravy instead of beans.
Food was cold, arrived late and chips tasted stale.
Just moved to area and wanted to try. Will never order from this KFC again. Will rather travel for it.
