Papadom Indian Cuisine

Ordered from Papadom last night. Food arrived quickly and everything was delicious, especially the lamb! Will definitely order again, thank you for a lovely meal.

[Theres a one sentence summary at the end if this feels to long to read] Had no problems with them for years then tonight they got one of the dishes wrong on a £90 order. No problem, simple mistake, we called up to let them know and ask if they could send over the right one. Literally no provocation whatsoever they absolutely went mad and started arguing with me accusing me of trying to rip them off and get a free korma. I ordered through just eat so literally had the list of what I'd ordered in front of me and what they delivered was a different meal and was labelled as a completely different meal. They literally ranted for ages being massively disrespectful basically calling me a thief (even though I've been a customer for years and have never had any returns, issues or contact with them whatsoever as the order is usually fine). Then all of a sudden they started spinning some yarn about how 'oh actually I just wrote the wrong name on the box it's actually a korma'. At this point they had been so rude and ridiculous I was stunned to silence. Eventually I tried to de-escalate but they weren't having it at all. They said 'I could throw in another korma on your next order but it feels like you're forcing me'. I didn't ask for that or want that. At this point I'd just like my money for that single wrong dish back. But to be honest with the complete soap opera drama I was subjected to tonight over a simple wrong delivery I'm just going to leave it. TL;DR- food is good but the customer service is so atrocious it literally spoils the taste of the food in your mouth

Please never ever order from this place. The food is horrible. The owner behave like an animal with his own staff and customer service is non existent.

Shame I can't give this place - 1 star! First (and last) time I've leaved an order here. Thought we'd give it a try instead of our usual trackway. What can I say..... They delivered us raw chicken! (see pics). When I phoned to complain, the owner was very defensive. They agreed to collect the food and upon inspection on the restaurant the owner apologised. Needless to say we'll nevet be ordering from there again.

Keeping it short and simple. Let’s just say I agree with the other 1 star reviews. Never been spoken to like that after complaining.
