Dieting Is killing me (10/01/2020)

Where to start? Before I start this review is honest. Shopping tonight, the freezer cabinets were being filled up way above the safe foods load line. I have mentioned this to management and customer services many times over years. This is a very dangerous practice as food above that line will defrost due to the air above it being warm. What happens is the food defrosts and then is picked up by customers, placed inside another part of that particular freezer and re frozen. Then later on when staff refill cabinets this food is placed back in the space. It can be defrosted many times. Food poisoning is a very high possibility. I have done this review publicly so that Iceland may just train staff not to do it as they seen to ignore me. I have posted pictures on here go look

bad experience this time around ,especially when is 2 weeks to Christmas, I did not get have of my shopping delivered. and the shopping was not delivered within the time slot as confirmed. highly disappointed . the frozen grocery did not get delivered especially the turkey which cost me a fortune. the store manager is blaming me for somebody else's incompetent for not calling them within 24 hours. this is highly not acceptable.

Very good, big car park at the rear of the shop pay and display but get a £ of your money back at the checkout

Only 3 trolleys available for shoppers had to wait 20 min for one to become free. Was told by floor staff that there was nothing they could do in an I don't care way not at all apologetic. Cashier was very friendly and gave good customer service
