The food, I can’t deny is amazing, the korma 🤤 I moved but still come back to this place for when I do have that curry scratch I want to itch, though on this occasion.. the service was questionable, brought boiling hot coke and sprite to the table, when I pushed back on this and asked for a cold drink the waiter seemed aggressive/took it quite personal, the chicken was also pink (I have a pic but can not attach) which is something I’ve never experienced here before, I didn’t mention due to the earlier drink situation though the manager seemed nice he didn’t appear during this for me to suggest better refrigeration.

Visited with my family and was not really impressed. One of the hottest days of the year and we all got warm drinks, had to ask for ice. The food was Pritty basic apart from one thing that has really bugged me. I ordered raita with my meal (yogurt with chopped veg in it) when it came out they gave me plain yogurt so I mentioned to the waited he said No this is what raita is plain yogurt!!! I am Indian and eat in Indian restaurants at least once a month iv never heard that in my life.. any way if I’m wrong my hands are up but the “Raita” came out at the end of the meal so it was pointless. Anyway after mentioning it cost £3.50 for sumink I didn’t want and after the meal was done you would think they would say sorry and take it off the £200 bill just to be polite but this guy just found it funny that I DONT KNOW that raita is plain yogurt ( I think they should check that out coz I’m still Pritty sure raita is not plain yogurt ). I hope I don’t come across upset over £3.50 It’s the overall service warm drinks basic food rubbish customer service. Believe me plenty of good Indian restaurants in west Drayton..

Good and more dishes for vegetarians too, bought take away couple of times during this lockdown period and yummy food delivered most of the time, except for the half burnt, Naan.. I would like to get the additional perks like mango chutney,pappdoms, small salads which will be generally provided with most of the take away hotels..

Just had my take away delivered and the guy was lovely (gave him a tip)and so was the guy on phone. For the last 15/20 years I've had them I couldn't fault it BUT tonight was dreadful I was extremely disappointed the onion bhajees were burnt on outside powdery in middle the paratha was burnt, hard and inedible prawns were hard and over cooked (I had prawn puree but large as a main dish rather than starter)sauce was lovely. Rice was lovely chicken malaya was very oily and chicken abit dry. Naan bread was ok. They forgot the mango chutney I ordered.The cost of this was £33.60 plus tip and I ended up still hungry as alot couldn't be eaten but they did give us 1 poppadom some onion and a little salad. I dont know whether they have a new chef or if a waiter had to cook it but either way they need someone better. It has put me off of trying again as its alot of money to waste.
