Food was tasteless and made in a hurry. I’m not even going to waste more time with this place, this is the worst Chinese takeaway I’ve had in my life. If you want a good Chinese then go to New Bowl in Hayes or Oriental Style in Hounslow.
Some of the dishes are really delicious.
Some time ago I had generals chicken and it was great, but today beef broccoli was simply superb.

We was fresh in area; the Chinese man was decent guy but unfortunately the food isn’t all that.
I called up to arrange delivery and was told they have no delivery option
I requested for a description of where they are so I can drive there
They guy was exceptionally RUDE and said “since you don’t know the place you can’t drive down “
I was shocked at the response and before I could respond he hung up the phone.
Zero customer service
Annoying staff and extremely rude behaviour
That was the 1st time I tried buying my food from them and that will be the LAST
Traveling in London for a few days as someone who doesn't drive i struggled to find somewhere to get my Chinese food fix - Swan's was easy to get to by bus from my hotel, the staff was friendly, the prices were okay, but most importantly the food was great.
