Staff don't listen actually put my life at risk due to lack of attention and due care, not impressed at them putting something I am allergic to in my drink,.... Another incident 28 months later.... Their deliver driver slole my food they unwilling to rectify their mess up expecting me to spent more to receive the food I already paid for and was deprived of, their poor excuse for a side salad 9 rocket lettuce leaves (brown and wilted) one slice of tomato (slimy) 4 slices of dry cucumber..... All kept warm whehe missing food should be!! Just eat not much help.... Will stick to lombardy from now on atleast their food is edible!! And hot where its meant to be and cd when it's not!..... As for the state of the staff in Hayes Town..... I've seen better equipt corpses at the local morgue!! At least the corpses understand customer relations!! Hayes franchise should be shut down!! Disgusting, revolting and a health and community hazard 🤢yuck to the food the service and the look of the staff
Clean but staff are not very friendly, bordering rude.
The staff wasent really helpful and they could do much better with there costumer service team
Food was like eating play dough and rubber and the hot chocolate is just hot water
There is an African lady who has worked there god knows how long all my life so she been there more than 20yrs if not more hayes has changed so much i absolutely take my hats off to the staff that work there and especially the ones who stayed and have to travel thru hostile places to serve us good food u deserve a 20!
