Good place to spend a movie night with family and friends along with shopping. So very good location.

Good quality cinema with nice seats and screens. Right now during covid the premium seats are same price as others and they are nice and spacious and you feel safe watching a movie.

Good to be back and feel completely safe, well socially distanced and clear cleaning protocols that have been brought in

We took our two grandchildren, aged 4 & 3, today to watch Two by Two Onboard.. I had a Meerkats voucher which turns out can only give one free seat and not mutiples. We paid £21 for the four of us. We went into the cinema just as the previews started it was pitch black and we couldn't see a thing couldn't find our seats or even the row. It was very dangerous in the end a staff member saw use and came and helped with a torch. Whilst the seats were very comfortable, we were upgraded to Premier, our Grandchildren could not see over the seats in front of them. I went and found a staff member to ask for booster seats, to be told that because of health and safety and fire regs they do not do them anymore. Our Grandson balanced semi standing to look over the top of seats and my Granddaughter sat on her seat and looked through the gap of the seats in front, so basically could not see the whole screen/picture she could only see about 8 inches. After a while once the sweets and drinks were finished the fidgeting started, they both ended sitting on the arms on mine and my husband's seats just to bring them up to height. So as a word of warning if you are taking small children to the cinema don't bother going to Odeon Uxbridge and certainly don't bother with the Premier Seats. I did speak to a member of staff who did seem very concerned about my grievances so much so she called a manager who came to see us. The Manager was marginally concerned and offered a bag of sweets as a means of compensation to which we declined.
