Great shop but the staff isn't very helpful, especially the old man at the entrance of the store.

Very poor customer service if you have an issue. needed to exchange an item, and told that it would only be able to be exchanged for the same kind of item (which there was no other option of, and the item was incorrect in the first place) and that it was my fault for not getting the right thing first time! - shop floor team lovely, management, very poor

Very rude customer service Ring the shop cos friend of my lost her phone in a shop but some men who pick up the call and probably hear my accent put down the phone so rude and unprofessional ! :(

One of the managers, Taylor, went out of his way to deal with an Argos drop transaction. I couldn't source the item anywhere across Oxfordshire or in store yet he had one ready the next day. What a star; especially considering these tough times.
