The store on a whole is fine and some of the staff are helpful. However I had the experience of hearing how senior staff spoke to a junior staff member in the pharmacy section and it was unacceptable. She spoke to her as if she was a child shouting and behaving dramatic to make a point. I believe mutual respect is key. Staff members no matter how young do not deserve to be spoken to in that way and in front of other customers.

Stood in line for ages (no help from your average Brixtonian's inability to queue), finally spoke to someone, they went to their back-room for ages to find my prescription and eventually came out to say they never got it. Patiently explained my doctor sent over the week before but no luck. Checked with my Doctor who said they did send over. Spoke to someone from Pharmacy on the phone, who said the problem was I didn't tell them how the prescription was sent! Useless, plus they try and flog you more expensive branded versions where they can.

the lady on the pharmacy, her name might be Jan, was very friendly and informative. I really like the selection in this Superdrug but I had to mark it down because I noticed certain products I'm after (from the deep action range) have been out of stock for weeks! I'd also like a better range of hair products without silicones and sulphates in. Apart from that it's great!

I asked one of the girls who was stacking shelves where the nail brushes were... "On the other side...the next aisle...behind..." When I got to the next aisle, on the other side, behind, I still couldn't see them so asked a supervisor type..."No, we don't sell 'em". Classic.

I've been in this superdrug because I was looking for a foundation and other products but I don't know nothing about make up so I felt really lost at the begging. But then a really lovely girl , I think her name is Akrim or Akram (I don't remember), helps me even if she was busy.
