Went there few days ago , there was a lady by entrance directing clients very efficiently and friendly. Staff seemed very proactive overall.

I went 2 months ago on Streatham branch the staff wasn't nice at all not friendly or helpful there is an old lady was in front of me and they clearly rejected her condition to offer her help they ignored her and went for a lunch break and the one who supposed to start the shift was talking to other girl, we all were in the line and watching them I asked them to excuse me we waiting so long here, she back to me so rudely oh there is so many other people front of you they have no problem(means shut up )well I never gone there since. Not recommended.

Awful customer service! Went to two different cashier's to help deposit a large amount of coins and both were less than helpful. Called an hour prior and was told that everything was fine and that it could be sorted by machine - got into the branch and was told by a very up-herself woman that it wasn't her job to do that and that I'd have to sort the coins myself into bags (not what I was told over the phone). Went to the help desk to assist but they directed me to a small table that wasn't possible to sort the coins on such a small space. Awful staff, rubbish facilities.
