Travel insurance sold under the ultimate reward account is a lot of nonsense!!! AXA are apparently the insurers but you can’t find anyone to answer the phone. 3 months and still no one to answer. Halifax you are muskellunge your offer and blaming AXA is not my problem, it’s yours!! I will be moving to another bank as you clearly have a management problem at Halifax!

I went into this branch as a visitor to the area because I had been a victim of fraud. I was attended by Paulette who was very understanding and helpful and a (long!) Phone call and a cup of coffee later the problem was resolved. Thank you Paulette for you care and Halifax for sorting out my problem so efficiently.
