well ... today I went to this restaurant to call it somehow, and to my surprise I came across a disgusting situation, a man yelling at a girl who was doing her job, making her cry, rude, disrespectful and Feeling superior to all those who were in that restaurant, including the workers who were scared, nervous, so also the orders came out late and cold, that man turns out to be the head of that restaurant, I was impressed, poor workers ... a restaurant where children go every day and having to deal with this type of situation is degrading. Good thing there are more Mc'donals in hounslow

Today we were waiting with my kids at the que and they wanted to go to the toilet. I ve send them to go and one of McDonalds employees turned them back because she tough that they are not customers. BUT those are kids for Christs sake. So long for McDonalds kids friendly policy. Then after I stepped in and explained the lady that WE are customers instead of appology WE've recieved suggestion my kids to go to the nearest shopping centres toilets.Such a heartless employees and cruel business. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! At all costs. Rude, non professional staff who will leave with a suggestion instead of appologies. There were times where kids were treated with baloons and crayons in McD's. Sad.
Disgusting service. I waited for 2 hours for a delivery. My children were starving and finally they cancelled the order without any reason. I had to reorder to another restaurant.
Cheap and tasty food, staff not organised.
