I've been dining at Charcoal Chicken for 10+ years. You won't find better quality and fine tasting food in the whole of West London for such a great price. Staff and service is exceptional and premises is always clean and great to dine in. I recommend to anybody without a second thought. Well done Charcoal Chicken for the consistency through years!!!
Food was just ok. The mixed donor kebabs were not freshly made. They appeared to have been just microwaved or reheated from the left overs from previous day. Toilets were stinking. The person serving the food had no smile on his face and no welcoming attitude. I went there because of good reviews but won't be going back certainly.
This place is great. I travel from Milton Keynes every week just for the famous masala fish.
Been going to this place for 10+ years. Great quality and service although the biryani options are not as good as everything else.
Very good place to eat, quick service, good roast chicken, nice vegi burglar & well done chips tge way I like my chips. Generous on sauces garlic mayonnaise - chilli - ketchup. That's all I've ate there....
