Been going to Happy palace for a long time it's clean.Has lovely food never had anything that I have not liked.

Run of mill take away, which is fine, no expectations there. Ordered Malaysian spicy chicken dish and egg fried rice.
The chicken dish was large, but the sauce was so gloopy and bland. I expected a spicy colourful dish concoction given not many other takeaways have Malaysian choices. Large boiled pieces of chicken that I just couldn't bring myself to eat, wonder how much MSG was in it. Disgusting. Egg fried rice was also lumpy and tasteless.
Sorry to owners for bad review, but you need to know the truth!
Absolutely awful service. Waited an hour, called to check what was happening, they forgot my order. Refused to give any sort of money off or even an appology for there mess up. When the food turned up it was awful! Waste of time and money
Happy Palace has a great menu, with all the expected favourites plus a lot more on the Malaysian and Thai side. The food is always delicious, hot and well presented, and delivery is quick and courteus. All in all, it’s excellent value for money.
