The station and staff are really nice. The Piccadilly line service though is an entirely different matter: an insult to mankind. Trains are scarce at rush hour and break down too often and when not, we are told that staff shortages prevent from running the trains, a daily desolation, a motivation to desert London and flee from the stress inflicted to passengers.
I will not be using this station again as the social distancing rule was not met and the station attendant was far too busy to help enforce the social distancing rule but however when I asked a fellow passenger to observe the social distancing rule I was told to “shut up” by an attendant, I will be using Hillingdon in the future as I felt much more safer there.
A lovely station Covid safety Great to get two trains Picadilly goes to Cockfosters and metropolitan line goes to Algate some metropolitan lines terminate at Baker Street great station and it’s easy to get to places
The station and the Line is all Great. The Metropolitan Line is regular when no one needs it as much. The Piccadilly Line which everyone uses is irregular.
An architectural masterpiece. The station always has good energy and is easy to navigate.
