Service levels dropped recently. Staff more concerned about preparing delivered orders while making collect customers wait. No explanations given. Just ignored while you wait to be served. Good enough for a quick meal if you are passing by. Don't go out of your way to buy from them.

Really nice food. Chicken is always succulent and not dry or too salty. Pleasant and friendly staff.

Normally food is served well but not this time. I went last night to get spicy burger and chips for my pregnant wife, got home and the burger was stale and hard and the bun was stale and chips were cold, terrible! have made the general manager (Biru) aware and will await compensation for this outrage as this isn't acceptable and not the first time at this branch. My other meal of 12 wings and chicken were fine as they came out just fresh so no complaints about this.

First time brought food from here and regarding it already Brought 2 pcs chicken 3 wings meal 2 strips burgers overpaid as I was hungry coated 9 pounds Normally 2 strips burgers costs 2 pounds was charged 3.30 The food was reheated and had no taste to it. The skin on chicken was rock solid couldn't even break the skin properly the chips was old not freshly made The wings and chicken was old ( seemed to be over 8 hours which started giving me stomach pains )as one the pc was pink inside Also the first impression is last impression as they say I asked for dips was asked to pay 40 p per dip even after buying all this food This was the last time I would of visited here and will be making a official complaint to head office of Sam's to investage the food by sending pictures Thanks

This is not the first time that we have ordered from here. Each time we order the food comes cold. We also never receive the correct order and the food is always mixed up. Today was the last time I ordered and I do not recommend ordering from here.AVOID !
