I love this place but did not like when you had to have ID to watch a 15 or 18 film as I had to leave because I was 14 and with my mum. I think it should be parents decision if they let there child watch a 15 year old film instead of it being the Cinemas disiceion. But I think now they are not doing that anymore as that was awhile ago. But apart from that the place is lovely and I wish they upgrade the seats or something like the imagie it shows.

Covid 19 has made this place a bit of a wasteland, but that's an awful shame. When we booked the tickets, ALL seat prices were the same - children, adults and... Premier seats! So we watched Tenet in fantastic seats in an empty cinema (on a Saturday night) for £10 each. Then a nice meal in Pizza Express. Honestly, if you've ever wanted private cinema, this is your best chance.

I absolutely loved their food and customer service, good location to my home. The workers are always very welcoming. I highly recommend this place.

Really poor experience at IMax screening of Tenet last night. The film is good as is the IMax (though £19 for a ticket makes it really expensive). My complaint is about the lack of preparation for Covid. You have to open all the doors yourself on the way in and out. Doesn't the manager know that germs are spread by carriers leaving the germs on door handles? Also, they broadcast a notice asking customers to remain. seated at the end of the film and allow staff to escort them safely from the cinema. At the end, there were no staff anywhere, so we all just left - no masks, close contact, just a mess. I expect more from such a large company, especially one charging so much to see a film, even Tenet.
