If you are allergic to seafood, you can change your gloves, cutting board, and kitchen knife to make sushi in a vegetarian environment.
Since I am a Japanese business owner, I use fish and rice for life. (At my time, the Japanese staff made it.) The seaweed rolls and handfuls of rice were soft.
Ingredients are often unusual, such as avocados, salmon, and teriyaki chicken that are only available overseas, but there are also eggs, inari, and tuna. My personal favorite is a salmon teriyaki roll. It's sweet and delicious!
There were also side dishes such as dumplings, fried Tatsuta and spring rolls. There are plenty of opportunities to use vegetarian-friendly menus and party sushi by appointment.
If you place an order on the spot and shop in the same supermarket while you wait, you can make it in no time. As expected!
