The gluten free toasted sandwiches are out of this world. I had to double check it was actually gluten free it was so good 😂
The staff are friendly but loud and some of the conversations are not really what you should be shouting out to each other across the room.
They don't seem to care if customers are around. The music is always changing and turned up so high sometimes it's impossible to take a work call etc. It's more like this is a place for them to hang out than serve coffee.
Waiting for a friend at Joe & the juice for lunch today. Overheard staff talking obnoxiously & loudly (I was the only customer inside the shop), then saw a male staff cleaning the bin out then went straight to preparing a sandwich with his bare hands, no gloves. I thought maybe he was making a sandwich for himself?! Then I saw him wrapping the sandwich with papers and put it on the front counter. And yes, as mentioned by other reviews here, tables / floor dirty, and saw fliers flying. They seem to be getting far more online orders these days so don’t seem to care about customers experience in shop. Left without ordering.
Terrible service. Staff lounging around, chatting to each other and not interested in serving customers.
Ok coffee though, but many better options around.
Probably the best sandwich place out there. Yeah they do sometimes mess up my order but that's okay...
