I can't find a review section on the Facebook page but I can't recommend this place enough. I've had a tattoo done here before now and brought my daughter today to have her ears pierced. Perfectly clean and spotless, amazing patience with a 5 year old and a fantastic service all round. 5 ⭐ all day long! Thank you so much, Erin is well chuffed with her pierced ears x

Excellent tattooist. Very clean shop. Brilliant tattoo artists, one being Scrappy who did the snake on my brother and another one being Erin who is very nice and gentle, great artist doing one of her own designs for me of a broom. Thank you both. Made up. Will certainly be back for more even though I have to travel two hours, well worth it. Thanks from Diane

Popped in without an appointment to have some NeoMetal jewelry replaced. This shop doesn’t look much from the outside but inside is clean and hygienic. Dan replaced my jewelry professionally and the staff were polite and professional. If you want somewhere rough and ready, with piercings for a tenner, this ISN’T the place for you. But if you want a clean and professional service, I recommend them.

I got my fourths pierced, I suppose just where my helix is. That went fine and the guy was lovely. Also asked for my daith piercing but openly expressed that I wasn't sure there was enough room, he looked and ummed and ahhed a bit and then said 'oh no you've definitely got room there'. Attempted to pierce it and it didn't go through, after a few attempts to push it through, it just started bleeding and he stopped. At the time I shrugged it off. But with hindsight he really should have made the decision not to do it because there evidently wasn't enough room. Seemed like they just wanted the extra money. On leaving the room and heading back to the reception area two other employees were eating their breakfast on the main counter. Not professional, nor hygenic.

I have had many tattoos and piercings from North Wales Ink. All staff are helpful and professional. Both piercer and tattooist were clear and concise about aftercare also. Never had a bad experience and will continue to use their services.
