I would have thought during these difficult times that businesses would be looking to enhance the experience of their customers rather than disappoint them, I couldn't have been more wrong with Wasabi. As someone who has visited this business before, I was stunned by the lack of quality that was displayed when I made my most recent order. There was a service and delivery charge with an only half hour wait time, yet the food was cold, lacking flavour and quantity. Usually when you're hungry, food tastes better, this was not the case.

We love Wasabi Tom Yum noodles, but we wanted to leave this compliment in particular to Ms. Kohutka who has served us a few times and is the most polite, friendly, helpful staff you have. She treats people great and prepares meals carefully. Thank you Kohutka.

Very disappointing! Wasabi has completely went down the drain in terms of quality if you compare it to two years ago. Every time I have ordered lately I have been consistently disappointed and yet I keep going back hoping it was a one off. My friends and I ordered food from them yesterday and it was delivered cold, bland, and missing chopsticks or any sort of cutlery. I was also charged a service charge in addition to the delivery charge; I would not have minded that had I actually gotten the service I expected. This all coming from a previously very loyal costumer.

A lovely little Wasabi very near to High Street Kensington station. I think it must be a "metro" or compact version of Wasabi as it didnt seem to have all the choices I am used to seeing. Still very nice though and you can sit and eat the food in there. Not sure if its a management thing or not..but my Chicken Katsu curry..though very yummy..seemed to have shrunk since last time I was there..thats why they have 4 stars and not 5...plus they didnt have any of those little chocolate "Pocky" sticks...hehe.. Will still go again though...
