The level of service in this place is absolutely outrageous. It should not take 20 mins to be served when next in line for a meal that takes no more than 5 mins to male. I've had to grab their attention to be served which is out of order.
The staff are slow and take no care whatsoever. This is by far the worst KFC I have been to, if there are others local you're better off going elsewhere.
Waited 25 minutes for my order and believe me it was not worth it. A simple box meal the excuse was "We are waiting for the chicken to be cooked". Amazing as I thought Chicken was KFC main item. Never again
Staff are accommodating with regard to personal choice of chicken pieces.
Unfortunately, witnessed argument involving manager and staff about staff food allowance/not to eat whilst serving customers.

Waited 28 minutes for standard chicken meal, staff seemed to be in a state of disorganised Chaos.
Other items apart from standard chicken no problem as we witnessed by the number of people who got served while we waited.
Do yourself a big favour find another chicken place
