Good customer service
Whenever I move somewhere new I try to find the best pizza place within 5 miles. I've stopped searching after eating Arancina as it's clearly the best in London. It's not your typical Napolitana style pizza if that's more your preference, but the pizzas are big with generous toppings of high quality.
We have got pizza delivered from here many times but unfortunately this time was really disappointing. We got one lasagna which had obviously been frozen and then reheated, and it was rock solid, dry - making it un-eatable. The pizza we ordered looked like someone has thrown the ingredients on with no care and arrived cold. Normally I would recommend this place as the pizza is normally great but this experience has put me off.
First off, the pizza is delicious! Crispy crust and a great portion of toppings. But what I was really impressed by was the customer service! I had ordered through Deliveroo and gotten the wrong pizza. When I called, they apologised profusely and said they’d either send the correct pizza that night with an extra treat or add an extra treat the next time I ordered. Without me mentioning it, they’ve included a DELICIOUS Nutella pizza with my latest order. Top notch pizza and great service.
I got a couple of deliveries from them (since we are in tier4), and I must say they were the best vegan pizzas and tomarchios I had in ages!
