The staff were very informative and helpful about the new way to order things. The food was delivered quickly and was hot and tasty. Pleased with our family lunchtime meal. Thanks staff.

We arrived at 9:45pm and walked into the venue. We asked staff if we were able to have a table for two to grab a quick bite to eat after our movie at the cinema. We were told by a member of staff that eat in was only available until 10pm. We voiced that the time was actually 15 minutes before 10pm - the staff member laughed and said she would check with someone else. She came back and advised we wouldn’t be able to eat in but could take away. We politely requested to speak to the manager. The manager came out and asked “what is the problem” quiet aggressively. We asked the manager for a table for 2 to eat in, as the previous staff member advised we could be seated as long as we arrived before 10pm and it was before that time. He said “well I can’t give you a table it’s nearly 10, we just can’t do it”. The manager was not wearing uniform or a name badge and seemed to be on his way out. As he was not wearing a name tag, we asked for his name to which he responded “you don’t need to know my name”. Due to the aggressive nature of the manager we decided to leave the premises before it escalated any further. We will be posting this event to social media as this sort of behaviour needs to be highlighted.

a terrible restaurant. my phone is stolen. We went to eat pizza with my brother. they greeted us at the door and waited, and asked if we had a reservation. We ordered. While eating our dinner, a woman who looks like a homeless entered the restaurant. the waiters who asked us for a reservation did not ask the woman anything. the woman came to our table, disturbed us for more than 1 minute and the employees did not interfere. the woman stole my phone. I asked the staff to call the police. they did not want to call.
