Really disappointing to come 5 min ago inside my favorite food/juice shop in London and say hello to the 2 staffs straight in the eyes and not receiving a greeting back or not even a « have a good day » when I said good bye.
guys honestly.... that’s the minimum service a customer expect.

I come here to work on my laptop but lately it's been unbearable how loud the music is.
Had about four staff who just made food/drinks then left them on the counter. Before lockdown they had one guy who struggled under the pressure, but managed to actually get the products to the customer once it was made. Multiple other customers had to chase down their coffee whilst I was waiting.
What is this? Rotten avocado ?! Why do you put so little amount of avocado and tomato and why it’s black??
