Perfect Indian super Market. You'll find most of the Indian groceries, fresh fruits and veggies. Quality of products are great with best price. Even during lockdown we are able to get South Indian rice and spices. Even you can get frozen foods,Indian sweets and snacks. They have good diya and pooja item collections during Diwali time. Staffs are very responsive.

This store was formerly known as Presto supermarket, and I was employed here from 1985 to 1986. As a self filler on what was known as the twilight shift. This meant working in the evenings. After Presto seized trading, this supermarket building lay derelict, until Quality Foods, snapped it up. For all your Asian grocery shopping under one roof, this has got to be the place. With its vast array of space, nothing is amiss. All spices, condiments, savoury snacks, pickles, and much much more, will be found here. There is a very good choice of fruit and vegetables to choose from, and very fresh. All displayed perfectly. And all full. Nothing was left to run down, all the sections were topped up, when it was needed. At one end of the store was the rice area. Just solely for rice. A great variety to choose from. Many brands. Prices are fairly reasonable too. Aisles are spacious. And each aisle has plenty to choose from. This store has its own car park. The entrance to which is located next to the store. And if you manage to spend above £10, the cost of parking in the car park, will be refunded. For 90 minutes it was £2.00. Which is enough time to do your shopping, and as we spent way over £10, we of course got that refunded. Its so convenient to have everything under one roof, rather then going from store to store.

Large selection of Asian food, fruits and veg. But quality, despite the name is rather poor for fresh produce. Great place to buy rice, spices and everything that is dried or preserved. But any fresh fruit or veg are bruised, milder, squishy ...

In the building that was once Presto, then Safeway, Quality foods is a no frills journey into the world of Asian culinary necessities. They sell all manner of things which you will never find in the mainstream supermarkets. The store is huge and has plenty of fresh produce. If you are vegetarian or vegan this is the place for you. Prices are reasonable the service is good and there is parking above the store with lifts. Visit and be wowed!
