Delightful place to shop with parking space and most grocery items in stock. Downside of their success is the inevitable queues at checkout despite multiple tills and self checkout points. The star item for me in this shop is the reliably sweet pineapple - always the best quality.

Do not expect the staff or even the manager help you if for any reason you can't pick up a product from the shelves! They stock big water bottles sparkling or still water on top of eachother in a way you can not pick the one you need and they are quiet rude if you ask them for help. The products and their price are really good and reasonable, shame not to apply the basic customer service management! This is how we do it not we are sorry if we are not able to help. It was like this is it get use to it get lost! You can understand a manager might be under stress but not that she doesn't even know how to speak to a customer!

Very low in stocks most of the time. Always end up topping up shopping elsewhere. It was not always like this. It used to be better ran. Also most shelf staking takes place at pick times which creates congestion inside. The corridors are always full of goods. It is a very popular shop. It deserves the attention it needs.

Everybody knows that Aldi is a great store, friendly staff, speedy tills and affordable prices. If you are one like me that buy bottles of still water Aldi brand, you also know that this needs to get the attention of managers or stockers. That's why I've put 1 star. Still water stock is limited and when there are some is always at the bottom of a lot of heavy pallets. Why don't ask for help then? Of course I've asked for help, but even if the staff tell you that they cannot do anything about it and that there is no point to break your back it means that problem needs to get more attention and hopefully this review will help somehow.

Without doubt the most cost effective method of doing your weekly shopping. Hounslow needs supermarkets that compete with the more established big stores. Very clean, always well stocked, its friendly and helpful staff are always at hand. The queues may be the only downside of this gem in the heart of Hounslow.
