Good value for money, stocks more essentials now (since Morrisons closed), allow more time when it's busy as queues develop. I've had no issues. Myself and family also use their on-line delivery service which has been fine too. I'm a happy customer!

Iceland sell good product and the also do home delivery, they make things easier to me.

There are a reasonable amount of parking spaces (not enough if it's peak time/no parking allowed on streets) and its situated in the back of store, you have to walk round to front store for entrance (not wheelchair friendly). You have to pay cash for parking (doesn't accept bank cards - a pain when you don't carry cash on you, we had to walk to other shops to get change and come back to car to pay for parking before even starting shopping there). Food selection is fair and only half of the stock range is affordable (as opposed to ALDI, Lidl and Tesco price range). The walking aisles are narrow, so the social distancing for COVID is not applicable here (people bumping into you, to pass by) - not COVID safe. There is not any space to stand in a queue, at tills to pay, if it's busy, again people are walking into you. The overall cleanliness is average and needs more attention to the hygiene of store. Won't visit again. Would rather visit Elmsleigh Shopping mall to buy from that Iceland and other food retailers to have a better shopping experience in hygiene, COVID safety, ample parking, able to pay for parking with bank card and more affordable price range and better food selection.
