Great price and amazing quality. Bakery products are fresh made and one of the best you can get. Prices are lower than other high Street stores. Love it..they need to do some work to make the store look a bit neater and organized.
It can get busy during certain times, however you can smell the fresh bakery before you enter the store. It's got a great layout that leads you to the tills. Plus two entrance points. So very good.
Need more till staff at this busy time. I don't like self service and refuse to use as I like the human interaction element. It's Christmas so let's try to be happy in these testing times.
Very friendly staff
Lidl as supermarket is a really good supermarket and the prices are really good. But the customer service is horrible from some of their employees. I shopped today and I went one of their tills where it was a really rude and totally unprofessional employee. I bought some cider and he asked me to put my mask down because he wanted to be sure about my age. I don't look like I am under 15 and I told him after I thought he was joking I am 33 years old. He then asked me if I have any ID with me so I can prove it till I insist and I left really really disappointed from the service.
