Absolutely useless, we was stood in there waiting to be served while the staff was stood in front of the till discussing who was goin where on a night out, waited for approx 3 minutes then left, no acknowledgement no nothing, they seen me and decided not to serve, would highly recommend walking straight past and going to Gregg's, the staff are happy in Gregg's aswell. There are plenty of place to get a sarny in monmouth without being disappointed

my staff member was very grumpy and rude and when she dropped a peace of ham in something else she just picked it back up and put it back in the ham. Then later when i pointed out my sub wasn't warmed up she warmed it up and then slammed it on the desk next to me when it had finished
This was not a good idea food pretty bad and staff conversation put us off our food. Would not visit again
