If you are looking to open a business bank account at this branch then best advise i can give you is choose one of the many other banks but avoid Barclays and this branch in particular. The staff really are clueless. They just pick up some internal phone as no one there can assist you! When that doesnt work they promise a call back but no one ever calls!
Its a shambles thats been going on a long time and amazing how they can get away with it.
Great service and very friendly staff. Went to cash out a check and the lady at the cash machine was very helpful. Could not recommend enough
Worst service received on 11/09/20. The two staff at business banking were useless. For any question they were asking us to use online/telephone services. Do not know to answer basic questions. The lady was terrible.
To be fair I’ve always found the service at this branch fairly good
They need more automatic teller machines there's only 4 which is too few and usually one is broken they shut so many branches but haven't been able to make this branch efficient enough to cover the increase in customers
