The staff are very helpful and polite. For a smaller supermarket it does a good range of products.

My wife went to collect a parcel today and when the guy gave it to her the box had been opened and was empty what should of been inside was an expensive perfume. She also went in last week to collect something else and was informed their scanner "wasn't working" again !!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

When I went to collect an Amazon delivery yesterday, the bloke at the counter said the machine was "down" and told me to come back the next morning. No attempt at an apology. I asked him why it was down and he said he didn't know. I asked if he'd taken in the deliveries for that day and he said he had. So how was the machine not "down" for that then, eh? Anyway the shop is supposed to be open from 8am according to Google Maps so I went there today at 9:30 and the shutters were still up. FFS. I'm not going to use this place for deliveries now. I'll use Laabham's instead as they're almost next door. *This is my first Google review. I feel that strongly about it!

Easily the most unreliable Hermes drop off point and just a pathetic shop the guy is sat on his phone telling me that the "thing isn't working" when there's 3 parcels on the floor clearly scanned in, beyond that the prices of standard groceries are abysmal there's a Sainsbury's 10 minutes away from this shitshop with much better prices and product diversity, sad really.

If I can leave zero stars I will. Bad attitude, staff are more interested in playing with their phone. It's an Amazon hub but does not open on time. Actually it's only opens for half the advertised day making you do multiple trips to do collect a parcel and when you finally find them open, they say come and in 2 hours and don't even bother to tell you why.
