My son went in with £20 note and was told to ask the staff to put £15 on the electric key and get £5 change. They took the money from my son and put £20 on. I went in there and they swore blind that my son said £20. My son is nearly 11, not 4, he knows the difference!!! Staff refused to rectify it and now I'm short of money for the week. DON'T GO IN THERE AS THEY RIP YOU OFF!!!
