Realy excellent service today from Monnow Eyecare. The whole experience from before entry through to exit from the practice felt Covid safe. Emma was especially thorough with the eye tests and she demonstrated the best in customer facing skills.

While I was on holiday in South Wales I accidentally broke my glasses. Staff at Monnow Eyecare were very helpful and competent. Even though my glasses were severely damaged I was provided with a workaround which enabled me to drive home. Thank you very much.

I received absolutely top class treatment from Lisa Evans. She was so professional, personable, and knowledgeable. I used to go to an Opticians in Cardiff. No longer - it's Monnow Eye Care for me, and I expect my family will follow suit.

I was amazed and delighted by the thoroughness of the eye examination and the advice and help given in choosing my new glasses. If, like me, you have used Specsavers and Vision Express in the past you will be astonished how much better this experience is.
