3 online orders made so far and I am very happy with the service and the range of products they offer. Nearly all my favourite French products are available. Prices are a bit higher than in France but reasonable compared with some other merchants. Free delivery service is rare for groceries and amazing! First two orders went smoothly, I had an issue with the third one but they were quick to resolve it and pleasant to deal with overall. I 100% recommend it and will keep on using them. I have placed two orders with Europafoodxb, and will definitely continue buying French food from them. We've not been able to go home to France at all this year, so this is a bit of home brought to us. Huge variety of products at a decent price. Delivery is fast, not expensive, and the products arrive really well packaged. Our boys were super happy to have their favourite French sweets and biscuits! Merci!
I ordered online 7.12.2020 and my order didn't go through but i received an e-mail saying the order was approved. I tried calling the number on the website but its not working. I messaged on the chat function on the website and no answer. I also e-mailed all addresses on their website and no answer from those either, or on their Facebook page. The phone number on the website is also not working.
Extra info: I just had a phone call from Europa food to say my order wouldn't be processed as i left them a 1 star review! how shameful is that!! the woman on the phone was also extremely ignorant and had not offered help at all. basically just called to say my order wouldn't be processed due to the review on Google!
Terrible company, would never even consider ordering with them again..

Great choice, great and relatively fast service! Website could do with an upgrade as a bit slow and small images for products but overall very happy.
