Extremely lazy and rude reception staff that tell you they are not able to do things that they are able to do, making life extremely difficult.
Can't get any any appointments they always say they are busy whenever I put a request in on ask my gp 3 times I have been ignored with no call worst doctors surgery ever wouldn't recommend anyone signing up
On the whole friendly helpful staff. There is a member of staff who is very helpful making life difficult.
Gowerton Surgery is an excellent practice with a good range of caring and competent staff. Their booking system is excellent with triage for emergency appointments on the day, the ability to book an appointment at a time that suits you in the next week or with a named doctor within 3 weeks. This is in stark contrast to other local surgeries. There are many female doctors who are all very caring.
Brilliant when you're there. However, an absolute nightmare to get hold of. The phone is always busy. It's almost as if they leave the phone of the hook on purpose.
