Just had a delivery from this subway via just eat and absolutely disgraceful. Both items were cold when arrived and as you can see from the picture attached, the steak and cheese toastie bite was and absolute joke. Ordered with chipotle sauce and jalapeño peppers and was supposed to come with peppers and onions as standard. All of which were missing. All I received were a few shavings of dry steak, a drop of sauce in the middle of the bread and a tiny bit of cold, melted cheese to one side. Absolutely atrocious, avoid this place like the plague.
I ordered a meatless marinara sub. I got delivered a meat marinara sub. When I called to ask if it was meat the owner confirmed it was and didn't think it would make a difference if he served meat instead of the meatless option. Absolutely ridiculous
Feels a bit grubby when you enter and the staff didn't get my order correct. Needs a store refresh
