With Covid going on and it getting very hard to get though on the phone. I must say DR DAN PACITTI is the best GP i have come across who genuinely cares for his patients and when there is an issue he will solve it. He has gone above and beyond for me last year after surgery also again recently. Thanks again.

I have been unwell since April and yes it is a struggle to get through but the service there is incredible. I don't understand the negative comments. Maybe I have been lucky but have seen many locums and regular GPs and the nursing staff for ECGs . That's all I can say is well done and thank you all for your patience and your care.

Terrible, cant get through on phone cant get appointment, I understand all hell is breaking out with the corrona virus, but there are other people that need to been seen or a telephone consultation about other medical help Been trying now for 3 days either cant get through or being told to phone back next day. Shambles. EDIT: What more can I say about this practice, there are some pleasant staff but the majority should not be allowed to serve the public. This practice is nothing short of incompetent.
