Absolutely shocking. Food is over 2 hours late. On three separate calls with the restaurant over the past hour I have been assured that the food is on it's way every time. These guys think nothing of lying to you directly down the phone. Do not order from here!!!!

I wasn't at all certain about ordering from here as when you walk into the shop it desperately needs updating and decorating. But......the food was amazing!! I have walked past this shop for 13yrs and never wanted to enter but I'm so glad I did!! Spur of moment, tired and hungry now very happy. Takes a while to come but it's worth the wait.

I have walked past this shop for nearly 12 years and often thought it looked abandoned. (Possibly because in daytime its closed and I dont often go out at night) However I have eaten food from here twice and i am pretty impressed by the quality of food. I had previously been very loyal to another indian takeaway shop all the way in Greenwich but am very happy to order from Shapla from now on. The delivery when ordering was ontime. They phoned when couldnt find address which is reassuring.
