I am absolutely appalled by the service of this branch. I asked for a phone call when my order arrived but my phone unfortunately died and I was unable to answer the call. Apparently the guy was stood outside with my order but it didn't occur to him once to knock on the door because my note said to call. Apparently initiative is not something that the Hither Green Branch are particularly bothered about. Apparently it's my fault for not being clear in my note... When the Hither Green Branch are prepared to think outside the box, a little, with getting orders to people then I'll be happy to order from them again. As it is, I suspect I'll be waiting a long time before I order from this branch again which is a shame as the pizza isn't bad.

Absolutely rubbish service. Rude and unprofessional staff, most times phone lines off, cold food delivery and to show how much of a effort they do never deliver food I actually order,always getting the wrong order or products ordered missing. Really frustrating and disappointed

I have seen over 50% of the current reviews of the Hither Green Branch negatively commenting on the service. Yet still the same workers are employed providing a poor representation of Dominoes. I see no effort is made to address these complaints or compensate those whom have suffered at the hands of this branch. This evening we have had to physically drive down to the branch to collect our food which they claimed to have delivered. Money was taken and we watched the app for updates and stood outside waiting for the driver only to watch him sit in his car then drive off with out delivering our food Abysmal service!!!

This was the last time I ordered from this store. I got the wrong pizza. Not tasty at all. Half of the pizza was over cooked. When I called the lady who picked the phone up was arguing with me telling me she made my food and its absolutely fine. I will never ever order again.

tried to ring up to enquire about the NHS pizza offer. After 20minutes a lady picked up the phone, informed me that the deal was cancelled and abruptly hung up. Aviod this branch at all cost!
