Won’t accept collect+ parcels like 3 others have mentioned. “Machine is broken” is the go to excuse... it’s not broken, they’re just lazy so don’t accept parcels. Super inconvenient if you head in this direction though. Next nearest store is Bethnal Green. Don’t know why they don’t just remove themselves from the service.

I use these guys on Ubereats as they're by far the cheapest offy that delivers in E3, any problems are easily sorted on the phone with the lads but to be fair hardly ever have an issue . Brilliant people to deal with, cheap and local ... keep up the amazing work guys and thanks for staying open during everything 👍

As other reviews state, the printer for Collect+ labels has been “broken” for weeks now and are therefore unable to any returns. Also gave me a massive attitude when I told them maybe they should take themselves off the Collect+ website as it’s misleading. Tried lecturing me as if I don’t understand how it works... wouldn’t spend my money there again.
