The burger was fantastic. Wrapped in foil to keep warm, cooked before your eyes, toppings of your choice. It's fast food but a step above the other fast food burger chains, hence the higher price tag.

I tried Five Guys bacon cheeseburger, lettuce wrap for the first time. A double pattie with ultra crispy bacon and a melted cheese slice. I spiced it up with jalapeño, mayo & dill pickles. It was well presented and arrived at my table quickly and hot. The meal was well-wrapped in fresh lettuce leaves that made an effective container & a pretty good mouthful. Sans bun made it keto-friendly and very tasty. Thanks Guys, all five of you. #lowcarb #keto

i literally only went to get their new lotus biscoff milkshake so there's not much i can say. i remember it being more crowded than i expected considering we're still in a pandemic. and the person who i ordered from wasn't particularly the nicest. apart from that, everything was great. the milkshake was delicious.

Went to the Wimbledon branch today. Terrible. We recived our burger and chips in some huge brown paper bag. Half the chips had fallen out of their polystyrene cup as they were thrown in. The burger was wrapped in greasy tin foil. It was so sloppy and slimy, all falling apart. Half the toppings we ordered were incorrect and had to get a replacement burger. The burger itself tasted like BLOOD and was raw inside. The table that I was sat on was BROKEN, with the top about to fall right off and was covered in sticky stuff! The milkshake tasted off. The chips how ever were alright, nice and crispy. I was expecting the room to be a nice place with a decent atmosphere. I was wrong! Looked like the inside of a hospital to me! With awful loud music you can’t even here the lady calling you to get your food! After that revolting burger I went and washed my hands in the bathroom. I would rather eat in McDonalds or Burger King. Far to over priced at £9 for a tiny burger.
