I asked the guy to give me 2 6-inches subs on my points. As I regularly collect my points. His reply was, how do you get this many points, maybe you're cheating and adding points and having free meals. I asked him to check my transaction history, and the amount of times i have been there and bought meals!!!

Don't bother if you have a voucher. Very poor service. Didn't accept Valentines email offer. Only found out at till. Receipt printer didn't work. Obviously cutting corners.
I asked the guy to give me two of the newly introduced mini sandwiches and he treated me as i was a beggar or something he even said in his language that he wished he could slap me. I kept smiling and didnt make him realise that i very much understand the language. I want to make a complaint against him and such people should not be working at the front counter. I would like the manager of that subway to take an action against that guy as he was very rude. Why doing this job if you dont like it. Why throwing your anger at others.
